FOVE is a VR headset that is currently under development. It claims to be the world’s first eye tracking headset. It was funded in May 2015 via crowdfunding on Kickstarter – surpassing its $250,000 goal and reaching almost $500,000. The display will feature a 100+ degree FOV, 60 FPS framerate (90 FPS projected), and low persistence. The retail price will be between $400 and $500. The first developer kits are expected to ship during the Spring of 2016.
